About This Role

We're not looking for a corporate brand designer; we're looking for a creative who can design visuals that'll make people stop in their tracks.


As our Brand & Motion Designer, you will own the visual and motion identity of Bayse across product, brand, marketing, and communications. Bayse is building a prediction market and trading platform, which means design is not just cosmetic—it is central to trust, clarity, engagement, and long-term retention.


You will be responsible for how the brand feels at every touchpoint, from app interactions to campaigns, and how motion and storytelling elevate user understanding and excitement.

This role requires someone who is a highly creative generalist, skilled in both static and motion design, with a sharp eye for craft and storytelling.


You will define visual and motion standards, produce high-quality assets across multiple channels, and translate brand strategy into experiences that engage, educate, and delight users. You will work closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to bring designs to life across web, mobile, and social platforms, and your work will shape how Bayse is recognized in the market.


You will also play a critical role in growing Bayse’s creative culture, setting high standards, and ensuring consistency while moving fast. This is a role with real ownership, where your work will directly shape the brand users' trust and the experiences that define Bayse.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define the visual identity: Establish and champion a consistent brand language and motion guidelines that reflect Bayse’s values, personality, and positioning.
  • Produce high-impact visuals: Design graphics, illustrations, layouts, and motion content for web, mobile, campaigns, and social media.
  • Create motion assets: Develop animation, transitions, and interactive motion that enhance clarity, storytelling, and user engagement across platforms.
  • Build systems: Maintain a scalable brand and motion system to ensure consistency across product, marketing, and communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to turn business objectives into creative strategies and execution.
  • Mentor and influence: Share best practices for motion, design, and brand consistency with the team, helping raise the overall level of craft.
  • Iterate based on feedback: Collect input from stakeholders and users to refine visuals and motion while balancing creativity, usability, and business goals.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with emerging tools, motion techniques, and design trends to maintain a cutting-edge brand presence.


About You

  • 3–5+ years of experience in visual design, branding, or motion design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, motion graphics, and campaign work. Product or digital design experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant creative tools.
  • Strong understanding of motion principles, storytelling, and interactive design.
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into visual and motion language across multiple platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in fintech, sports, gaming, or consumer apps is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of prediction markets or trading platforms is a bonus but not required.
