Brand and Marketing lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company's brand presence both online and offline.
• Develop ideas and strategies to increase brand awareness and attract clients.
• Create and post engaging content across our social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and other businesses.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Capture photos and videos during project installations and company activities.
• Ensure the company maintains a consistent and professional brand image across all social media platforms.
• Identify opportunities to market the company through collaborations, referrals, partnerships, and events.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential clients when necessary.
• Research market trends and creative ways to position the company competitively.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Good understanding of social media, branding, and marketing.
• Ability to confidently represent and promote the company.
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Content creation, photography, or video editing skills are an advantage.
• Interest in interior design, aesthetics, and lifestyle branding is a plus.
• Previous experience in marketing, branding, sales, or customer relations.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
