Marketing & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate quality leads and drive revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Work closely with the sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve growth targets.
Corporate Communications:
- Develop and manage internal and external communication strategies.
- Create compelling content for press releases, newsletters, presentations, and corporate publications.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communication platforms.
Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility:
- Manage the company's digital presence across social media, website, and other online platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts using analytics and market insights.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Measure marketing performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to improve brand positioning and market share.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, or Corporate Communications, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience developing brand strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
