Job summary

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Brand & Marketing Communications Manager to drive brand visibility, strengthen corporate communications, and support business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance market presence.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities: 

Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen the company's market position.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend initiatives to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.


Marketing & Business Growth:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate quality leads and drive revenue.
  • Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve growth targets.


Corporate Communications:

  • Develop and manage internal and external communication strategies.
  • Create compelling content for press releases, newsletters, presentations, and corporate publications.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communication platforms.


Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility:

  • Manage the company's digital presence across social media, website, and other online platforms.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts using analytics and market insights.


Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Measure marketing performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to improve brand positioning and market share.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, or Corporate Communications, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience developing brand strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
