Brand Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the brand strategy, merchandising, and sales performance for two of our luxury brands. The successful candidate will ensure that brand positioning, product presentation, and marketing initiatives drive growth and align with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance visibility and market positioning
- Manage merchandising, product launches, and promotional activities for assigned brands
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to achieve targets
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Prepare regular brand performance reports and present insights to management
- Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld across all customer touchpoints
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in brand management, category management, or FMCG marketing
- Proven track record in driving brand growth and sales performance
- Strong understanding of merchandising, market analysis, and product positioning\
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Creative and commercially aware, with the ability to translate strategy into execution
