Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the beauty store to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.
Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support professional development.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and profitability.
Ensure outstanding customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce management activities.
Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and facility operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
Prepare regular business and performance reports for management.
Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
Work closely with senior management to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within a beauty store, spa, salon, wellness center, hospitality business, or related service industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational performance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business management tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
