Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Oversee all brand-related campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and storytelling across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, PR, sales, and digital, to align branding efforts.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform brand direction.
  • Manage partnerships, collaborations, and brand activations that align with the brand’s image and goals.
  • Supervise content creation and marketing materials to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Ensure all internal and external brand communications adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance and brand metrics to refine strategies and report results to leadership.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all brand-related decisions and initiatives.


Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty industries.
  • Proven ability to lead brand campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Strong creative vision paired with business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, production, PR, sales, digital).
  • Familiarity with branding tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace).
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends, visual storytelling, and consumer behaviour.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and passion for innovation.
