Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and well connected Brand Integration Officer to lead the strategic partnership and sponsorship efforts for our upcoming West Africa Tour and Exhibition, which will culminate in major showcases in Accra, Abuja, and the Netherlands. This project highlights authentic stories and visuals from across West Africa, blending culture, travel, and powerful human narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with brands whose values align with the tour and exhibition’s themes (culture, innovation, sustainability, African heritage, travel, and technology).
- Sponsorship Strategy: Develop sponsorship packages and tailor proposals to appeal to high-value brands and organizations.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that partner brands are meaningfully integrated into the project in ways that add value to both the exhibition and the partners (logo placement, joint campaigns, product integration, co-branded content).
- Stakeholder Relations: Engage embassies, cultural institutes, NGOs, and regional organizations as cultural partners to strengthen the project’s legitimacy and reach.
- Contract Negotiation: Oversee agreements with partners, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and benefits are clear and achievable.
- Activation & Visibility: Coordinate brand activations during the tour and exhibitions (product showcases, experiences, speaking slots, media coverage).
- Reporting & ROI: Develop clear metrics for partner ROI and deliver post-project reports to maintain strong relationships for future collaborations.
