The Brand & Growth Executive is responsible for driving brand visibility, audience growth, PR positioning, and revenue-supporting initiatives across all business units. This includes: Events & experiences, luxury gifting, and retail showroom. festive décor (Christmas-focused campaigns)

Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Execution:
- Execute marketing campaigns across events, luxury gifting, retail, and festive décor
- Translate ideas into structured, result-driven campaigns
- Support overall brand growth and visibility
Content & Brand Management:
- Oversee content planning and storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Maintain premium brand positioning, tone, and visual consistency
- Coordinate visual direction alongside the Founder
Digital Growth & Campaign Performance:
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and lead generation
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms
- Track campaign performance and optimize results
PR, Visibility & Partnerships:
- Build brand visibility through storytelling, influencer collaborations, and media positioning
- Identify sponsorship, partnership, and collaboration opportunities
- Lead outreach and relationship-building efforts
Sales & Revenue Support:
- Work closely with the Sales team to support lead generation and campaign conversions
- Ensure marketing activities contribute to inquiries, bookings, and revenue growth
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute product launches, event campaigns, seasonal promotions, and activations
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business goals
Email & Website Management:
- Manage email marketing campaigns and website updates
- Support lead generation and sales conversion through digital platforms
Market Research & Positioning:
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Recommend strategies to strengthen market positioning and brand perception
Requirements:
- Creative but commercially minded
- Highly organized and execution-driven
- Strong in communication and relationship management
- Passionate about luxury brands, experiences, marketing, and growth
- Able to work with speed, structure, and ownership in a growing company
Remuneration: NGN250,000 monthly (plus commission)
Location: Lagos
