Job summary
The Brand & Content Manager owns two things simultaneously: how the organization is positioned in the market strategically, and how that positioning shows up every single day across all public-facing channels. This starts as one combined role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on daily execution.

Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Identity:
- Work within the organization's established brand guidelines — implementing consistently across all channels and proposing considered updates or upgrades where relevant.
- Own all public-facing communication — every piece of content, collateral, and correspondence must meet the organization's standard without exception.
- Brief and approve all external creative work — photography commissions, video production, graphic design, and print collateral.
- Ensure complete brand consistency across all social media accounts, the website, printed sales materials, and event materials.
- Advise the Managing Director on brand decisions, partnership opportunities, and public positioning.
Content Creation & Social Media:
- Manage and grow the organization's social media accounts — content strategy, production, posting cadence, community management, and performance tracking.
- Produce The organization's List — a weekly editorial series profiling the finest designed spaces in Lagos, establishing the organization as the taste authority.
- Shoot and edit content in-house where possible — external shoots commissioned, directed, and quality-controlled by you.
- Write all captions, brand copy, and editorial content in the organization's voice — intelligent, restrained, and never generic
PR & Events:
- Lead and launch all organizational competitions and brand activations — managing full logistics, judging coordination, press outreach, and winner announcements.
- Produce and manage intimate private events for HNW prospects, architects, and press.
- Build and manage press relationships with Lagos lifestyle and property media.
- Identify and pitch all PR opportunities and feature stories proactively.
Sales Collateral & Marketing Support:
- Produce all project sales collateral to the organization's visual standard — brochures, presentations, floor plan documents, and digital assets.
- Support the Head of Sales with campaign launches, buyer events, and buyer-facing communications.
Requirements:
- Has worked in a brand, marketing, or content role at a luxury, premium real estate, or high-end lifestyle brand in Nigeria.
- Can demonstrate measurable social media growth and content performance on a brand account they have managed — we will ask to see it.
- Has personally produced content, can shoot, edit, and post without depending on an external team for every asset.
- Has an instinctive eye for design and understands what premium looks and feels like, demonstrable through a portfolio.
- Strong writer, brand copy must be intelligent, original, and restrained. Submit examples with your application.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, scheduling, analytics, and community management.
- Photography and video editing capability, Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools, Canva, Adobe InDesign, or equivalent.
- Ability to brief, manage, and quality-control external photographers, videographers, and designers.
