Brand Communications Manager
Job summary
The Brand Communications Manager is responsible for driving RLG Cosmetics' brand visibility, reputation, and customer engagement by developing compelling brand communication strategies and building strong relationships with influencers, beauty creators, media partners, and brand ambassadors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute RLG Cosmetics' brand communication strategy across all customer touchpoints.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across digital and offline channels.
- Create compelling brand stories that communicate the Company's commitment to clean, skincare-infused cosmetics.
- Develop communication plans for new product launches, campaigns, promotions, and corporate announcements.
- Manage the Company's reputation by monitoring customer sentiment and responding appropriately to brand-related issues.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, and E-commerce teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Public Relations, or Social Media Marketing is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Brand Communications, Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, Beauty Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience working with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG brands is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and strategic brand partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
