Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions from concept to delivery
- Drive brand strategy and visibility across all platforms, maintaining a consistent voice and aesthetic
- Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Write strong, brand-aligned captions and storytelling content, and maintain a consistent posting calendar
- Identify and coordinate brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and PR activations
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing or brand management (beauty industry experience is a strong plus)
- Must have completed NYSC
- Strong grasp of social media trends, content creation, and editing (especially Instagram & TikTok)
- Growth-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a brand's image
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
