Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen corporate identity and market positioning while ensuring consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, manage brand-related events and sponsorships, and support CSR initiatives that enhance visibility and reputation.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, events, and product launches that drive awareness and engagement.
- Develop compelling marketing content in line with brand standards, collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery, and evaluate campaign performance to recommend data-driven improvements.
- Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence across social media platforms and the website by creating engaging, audience-focused content that reflects brand messaging.
- Execute paid and organic digital campaigns to improve reach, visibility, and lead generation, while monitoring analytics to refine digital strategies.
- Design and execute targeted marketing initiatives that attract and engage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and potential clients.
- Build and maintain updated databases of leads, collaborate with the sales team to convert opportunities, and track conversion performance to improve overall marketing impact.
- Conduct continuous market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Analyze campaign data and feedback to inform marketing decisions and contribute to the development of annual marketing strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives while maintaining strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and brand collaborators.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events to boost visibility and reinforce the company’s market presence.
Requirement:
- Minimum BSc
- 3 years of previous work experience in similar role.
