Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for a Brand & Growth Executive.
The Brand & Growth Executive will be responsible for driving brand visibility, audience growth, campaign execution, strategic partnerships, and revenue-supporting marketing initiatives across the company’s luxury gifting, events, experiences, retail, and festive décor operations.
The role involves:
- Executing marketing and growth campaigns
- Managing brand communication and positioning
- Supporting lead generation and conversion efforts
- Identifying and initiating sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Coordinating content and campaign execution across digital platforms
- Supporting PR visibility and strategic collaborations
The Executive will work closely with Sales & Partnerships, Operations, and the Founder to ensure all campaigns and brand activities align with business objectives, growth goals, and luxury brand standards.
This role requires strong execution, responsiveness, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Management
- Proficiency in Market Research and understanding customer and market trends
- Strong Communication skills for building relationships and conveying the brand's voice
- Experience in Brand Marketing, including launching campaigns and driving engagement
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in high-end, luxury, or experiential design industries is an advantage
- Experience in partnerships, sponsorship outreach, or brand collaborations is an advantage
- Ability to think commercially and connect marketing efforts to business growth
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, email marketing, or digital campaign tools is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury or client-facing environment
