Job summary
The Brand & Design Manager will own the company’s brand identity, visual communication, and design output across digital, social, campaign, affiliate, and product touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Defining the visual language, tone of voice, and personality of the brand to stand out against competitors.
- Design Execution & Guidelines: Creating and updating comprehensive brand books and style guides so that all visual and written assets remain consistent across digital, print, and physical channels.
- Team Leadership & Project Management: Leading graphic, product, visual designers, social, campaign, affiliate, and product touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with marketing, digital development, and sales teams to ensure that design solutions meet business goals and drive long-term brand growth.
Requirements:
- Strong
proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro, motion tools, and
social-first design formats.
- Excellent
creative judgment, attention to detail, file organisation, and ability to work
under tight campaign timelines.
- Strong
understanding of brand systems, digital campaigns, conversion-led design, and
sports audience behaviour.
- Good knowledge of responsible advertising standards and the need for compliant promotional communication.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Brand Management, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in brand design, creative direction, digital marketing design, or campaign execution
- Experience in gaming, betting, fintech, sports media, entertainment, consumer apps, or fast-growth digital brands will be an advantage.
