Job summary
A Cosmetics store is looking for an experienced, organized, and result-driven Branch Manager preferably female for gender balance, to oversee the operations of our retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining brand standards

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve client complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and manage stock discrepancies.
- Maintain store visual standards, merchandising displays, and product organization.
- Track and report on sales performance, expenses, and overall store metrics.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in retail management, preferably within cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
- Knowledge of beauty and skincare products is compulsory.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
- Must reside within Lekki, Victoria Island, Satellite, Festac, Surulere and Ago.
