Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily workflows, ensure process efficiency, open and close facilities, and maintain high standards of workplace safety and organization.
- Team Leadership & HR: Recruit, interview, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff members while managing shift schedules and resolving internal conflicts.
- Financial & Budget Oversight: Develop branch budgets, manage expense margins, track revenue targets, review financial reports, and control overhead costs.
- Sales & Business Growth: Create local marketing strategies, drive sales goals, identify prospective client segments, and build strategic community relationships.
- Customer Relations & Escalations: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, monitor service quality, and resolve serious customer complaints or disputes.
- Compliance & Governance: Enforce corporate policies, maintain adherence to local industry regulations, manage risk, and coordinate reporting with upper or regional management
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good knowledge of sales, inventory, and staff management.
- 2-4 years as an operational manager, Branch Manager, or in a related field.
- Must be proficient in Talent Acquisition and Payroll Processing.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 450,000
