Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the eye clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with medical staff to streamline patient workflows and optimize clinic processes.
- Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
HR Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including medical and administrative personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff productivity.
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.
- Address employee concerns and ensure a harmonious working environment.
Customer Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient feedback and concerns, working to resolve issues promptly and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Implement customer service initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, including outreach programs, community events, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement acceptable promotional campaigns to enhance the clinic's visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to formulate strategic plans for sustained growth.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure the eye clinic complies with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Implement quality assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Reporting:
- This position has a dual reporting structure, reporting to both the CEO and the Head of HR/Administration.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a first degree. A master’s degree in Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years post NYSC working experience.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership, qualification and interpersonal skills
