Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage, supervise and monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity and discipline.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and strict adherence to company SOPs and service standards.
- Deliver excellent customer experience, resolve complaints and drive customer retention and rebooking.
- Monitor cash, POS transactions, discounts, expenses, and revenue reconciliation.
- Manage stock and inventory, minimise wastage and prevent losses.
- Support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for business growth, partnerships and increased revenue.
- Prepare accurate daily reports on sales, staff performance, customers, cash, stock and operational issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSc degree.
- 3–5 years' experience managing a salon, spa, beauty business, retail outlet or similar customer-facing business.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and revenue growth.
- Experience with cash handling, stock control and basic financial management.
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with POS, booking systems and basic reporting tools.
- Must be proactive, disciplined, honest, presentable and results-oriented.
Location: Lagos / Abuja
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 300,000 Monthly
