- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Drive business growth through client acquisition, savings mobilization, and loan disbursement.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and ensure high repayment and low default rates.
- Supervise, train, and appraise branch staff for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.
- Manage branch finances, reports, and documentation accurately.

Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in microfinance, banking, or financial services, with leadership responsibility.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and people-management skills.
- Good knowledge of credit analysis, loan recovery, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
