Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Branch workflow is efficient and well-defined on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develop annual plans and budgets for the branch.
- Coordinate the activities of the credit committee for loan applications pertaining to his/her Branch.
- Ensure that all Branch staff follow and implement policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the loan portfolio growth matches the Branch budget.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related field.
- A higher degree (e.g., MBA, M.Sc., etc.) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in an MFB or commercial bank.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
