Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure the smooth running of the branch.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business growth.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff for optimal performance.
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to head office.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Must be a Graduate (B.Sc/HND in any relevant discipline).
- Age: Not below 25 years old.
- Must be a Christian.
- Gender: Male / Female can apply.
- Must have strong marketing and business development skills.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Marketing Manager, or in a similar leadership role in a bank/microfinance bank.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial management.
- Must reside within or close to Ikorodu.
- Target-driven and customer-focused.
