Branch Finance Controller
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Finance Controller to serve as the financial bridge between Head Office and branch operations. The successful candidate will oversee sales reconciliation, stock reporting, cash management, and accounting compliance, ensuring financial accuracy and operational transparency across branches.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary finance liaison between the Head Office and the assigned branches.
- Monitor and reconcile daily sales reports and revenue records.
- Oversee stock reporting and ensure alignment between physical inventory and financial records.
- Supervise cash management processes, including lodgements and controls.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Review branch expenses and support cost control initiatives.
- Prepare periodic financial and performance reports.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4–8 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or retail finance operations.
- Strong understanding of sales reconciliation, inventory accounting, and cash controls.
- Experience working with multi-branch retail structures is an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 – 550,000.
