Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining the overall appearance and profitability of the store.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail, fashion, or boutique management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
