Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Observe daily machine start-up and shut-down procedures
- Ensure proper machine settings to reduce breakdowns, quality problems, and material wastage.
- Operate machines as per SOP to ensure that it runs efficiently
- Perform safety checks on the machine
- Troubleshoot problems during machine operation
- Ensure that regular and preventive maintenance procedures are carried out
- Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice levels to the standards required by the company.
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of a vocational qualification.
