Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records and ensure accurate accounting for the organization. The ideal candidate will maintain financial data, process transactions, and support compliance with financial regulations
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions (sales, expenses, receipts, and payments)
- Maintain general ledgers and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments
- Process payroll and related statutory deductions (if applicable)
- Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and cash flow summaries
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Liaise with accountants, auditors, and management as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
