Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carry out manual tasks such as moving materials, cleaning, stacking blocks, watering, and tidying aggregates.
- Assist in watering and maintaining the curing block yard.
- Help with receiving aggregates and keeping the stockyard organized.
- Keep block production areas clean and safe.
- Report safety hazards or machine problems immediately.
- Always wear protective gear (boots, gloves, helmet, mask, vest).
- Attend safety briefings and training sessions.
- Be punctual, reliable, and present throughout shifts
Requirements:
- Minimum High School (S.S.C.E)
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- 0–1 year of experience (entry-level role).
- Physically fit and able to work in a dusty, outdoor environment.
- Willingness to work hard and follow instructions
