Responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor public and private sector tender opportunities through portals, clients, and market intelligence
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit compliant and competitive bids, RFQs, and proposals
- Manage bid timelines, submission deadlines, and documentation requirements
- Maintain a centralized tender and bid tracking system
- Research new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities
- Develop strategies to improve tender success rates
- Support pricing, costing, and commercial negotiations in collaboration with finance and management
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and partners
- Coordinate inputs from technical, finance, legal, and operations teams
- Draft technical and commercial proposals, including method statements and company profiles
- Ensure bids meet client specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards
- Review final submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to bidding regulations, ethical standards, and company policies
- Manage prequalification documents, certifications, and vendor registrations
- Maintain records of submitted bids, outcomes, and feedback
- Prepare regular reports on tender opportunities, submissions, and win/loss analysis
- Track KPIs related to bid success rate, revenue pipeline, and market expansion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline
- 3–7 years’ experience in bidding, tendering, or business development within the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of upstream, midstream, and/or downstream operations
- Experience working with IOCs, NOCs, EPC contractors, or oilfield service companies
