The Bid and Planning Manager will be responsible for leading the preparation of winning technical proposals and developing detailed project schedules. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end bid preparation, including technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop compelling, compliant, and high-quality technical proposal documents.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to gather inputs for bids.
- Prepare detailed project schedules using planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Define project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and critical paths.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies for bids and project plans.
- Ensure all proposals align with client requirements, industry standards, and company capabilities.
- Support tender clarification meetings and client presentations.
- Maintain a repository of bid documentation, templates, and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure a smooth transition from the bid phase to execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
