Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bet9ja shop
- Supervise, train, and schedule shop attendants
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Monitor betting activities and ensure compliance with Bet9ja rules and procedures
- Handle daily cash flow, reconciliation, and accurate record-keeping
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
- Ensure the shop is clean, secure, and well-organized at all times
- Prevent fraud, theft, and any form of misconduct within the shop
- Liaise with Bet9ja regional supervisors or management when required
Requirements:
- Minimum of an SSCE.
- Good communication Skills
