Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Beauty Care Specialist, based in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities include providing personalized beauty care consultations, delivering excellent customer service, offering product recommendations tailored to client needs, and educating clients on EWA Naturelle’s natural cosmetics offerings. Performing facial treatments, body treatments, massage, and other skin related care and/or techniques to clients must have a clear idea and understanding skin therapy. The role also involves managing client communications, resolving concerns professionally, and promoting the company’s mission of sustainability and high-quality natural beauty solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to engage clients positively and respond effectively to queries.
• Skin/Spa therapy skills and qualifications.
• Proficiency in care coordination and case management to effectiveky oversee beauty services and ensure seamless operations.
• Interpersonal Skills to build trusting relationships and offer a welcoming and solutions-driven experience for clients.
• Basic understanding of skincare and natural beauty products; experience in beauty or wellness industries is an advantage.
• A passion for sustainability and natural beauty solutions

ENTRY LEVEL POSITION

Qualified candidates- 150k

Non-qualified cadidates with less training- 100-120k

Must be avaiable 10am-7pm

Mondays-Saturdays. Wednesday and Sunday Off.

Must be flexible and can adapt.
