Responsibilities:

Provide expert beauty advice and personalized product recommendations to customers in-store.
Demonstrate and promote products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
Support visual merchandising and ensure product displays are clean and attractive.
Assist customers with product selection based on their needs, skin types, and preferences.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints regarding skin types professionally.
Perform remote tasks such as customer follow-ups, online engagement, and reporting.

Requirement:

Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and routine formulation (essential).
Interest or background in beauty consultation, skincare guidance, or product recommendation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare consultation is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience creating skincare routines or advising others.
