Responsibilities;
- Be responsible for sales of the company's products – (Skin care, Perfumes, Room sprays, and diffusers)
- Work with the team to set strategies for meeting targets
- Meet and exceed set targets
- Demonstrate proper use of skin care products and fragrances
- Cross-sell, up-sell, and link-sell products, when appropriate (e.g., serums and moisturizers, skincare and fragrances.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products based on their preferences and available stock
- Give excellent customer service and solve customer issues
- Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
