Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Promote and sell Kuddy products while achieving assigned sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Ensure product displays are clean, attractive, and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels and promptly report stock shortages or inventory concerns.
- Execute in-store promotions, activations, and product sampling activities as required.
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and market trends to effectively advise customers.
- Submit sales reports and customer feedback while representing the brand professionally at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, beauty advisory, cosmetics sales, or customer service.
- Previous experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG retail sales is an advantage.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Good product presentation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.
