Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located in Lagos State, Nigeria. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, interacting with guests to ensure a positive experience, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar. Tasks include mixing and serving drinks, handling cash transactions, assisting with inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with Upbeat's core values. You will also work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to engage with guests and handle inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage preparation, including knowledge of drink recipes and techniques.
• Attention to detail and experience with Cash Handling to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
