Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Proactively market bar and lounge offerings, special menus, and promotional event packages to guests.
- Consistently drive daily and weekly sales targets by up-selling premium spirits, cocktails, and food pairings.
- Actively engage patrons to increase overall spend per table during operational hours.
Guest Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Act as a key brand ambassador, providing a warm, energetic, and professional welcome to all guests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value patrons and regular corporate clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Systematically gather guest feedback on drink preferences, service speed, and ambiance, reporting actionable management insights.
Floor Coordination & Operational Support:
- Collaborate closely with bar staff and floor servers to ensure rapid order execution and high service accuracy.
- Monitor guest satisfaction on the floor, resolving customer service inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all physical menus and promotional materials on display are clean, accurate, and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:Minimum of SSCE or HND in any discipline.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in bar, lounge, nightclub, or hospitality sales and marketing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Confident personality with proven ability to influence purchasing decisions and up-sell products.
- Professional Presence: Well-groomed, high-energy, outgoing, and articulate demeanor tailored to a premium hospitality environment.
- Logistics: Ability to commute independently to Lagos Island for evening/night shifts without employer-provided accommodation.
