Location: Nationwide (Across all 36 States of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja)
Monthly Net Remuneration: ₦120k plus commissions, performance-based incentives, and additional benefits.
Our client, an international commercial bank, is seeking results-driven sales professionals within the financial sector to join its dynamic team. The role involves driving sales of financial products and services, meeting set targets, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of the bank’s financial products, including accounts, loans, and digital services.
• Identify and onboard new customers through proactive marketing and networking.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance during customer onboarding.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Represent the bank professionally in all customer interactions.
Person Specifications
• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in banking or financial sales.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and in different locations across Nigeria.
