Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Dough Preparation: Measure, mix, and knead ingredients according to established recipes to produce doughs for breads, pastries, and cakes.
- Shaping & Proofing: Scale and shape dough by hand or using specialized equipment; monitor proofing times and temperatures.
- Oven Operations: Bake products at specific temperatures; monitor colors and textures to ensure perfect consistency.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet the bakery’s aesthetic and taste standards.
- Maintenance: Keep a clean and sanitized workstation, following all food safety and health department regulations.
Requirements:
- No experience required, training will be provided.
- Qualification: Minimum of SSCE
