Nimojen Group Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Bakery Manager to oversee daily bakery operations,including production,staffing,quality control,inventory management, and customer service.The ideal candidate will ensure the consistent production of high-quality baked goods while driving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bakery operations, including production scheduling and workflow.
  • Ensure consistent quality of baked products in line with company standards.
  • Supervise bakery staff, including bakers, assistants, and sales personnel.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or waste.
  • Develop and implement recipes, production processes, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Control production costs and minimize wastage.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Train and mentor staff to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and sales reports.
  • Drive product innovation and introduce new bakery items.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Bakery & Pastry, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a bakery or food production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
