Baker

Responsibilities:

• Prepare fruit parfaits according to the company’s recipes and quality standards.
• Bake banana bread while ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
• Accurately measure and prepare ingredients according to specified recipes.
  
• Follow established production procedures and maintain consistency across all products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety throughout the production process.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and other production tools before and after use.
• Properly store ingredients and finished products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimize wastage during production.
• Ensure the production area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Carry out other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in baking or food production.
• Good knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient measurements, and food preparation.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent product quality.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Remuneration: NGN 70,000 – 100,000 Monthly, depending on experience and competence.
