Baggage Handler

Enugu Air Limited is seeking physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as
Baggage Handlers across our stations.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling, loading, unloading, sorting, and transfer of passenger baggage while ensuring compliance with airline, airport, safety, and security procedures.
Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage from aircraft, baggage carts, and other designated areas.
• Sort and transfer baggage according to flight and destination requirements.
• Ensure baggage is handled carefully to prevent damage, loss, or misrouting.
• Transport baggage between aircraft, baggage halls, check-in areas, and other designated locations.
• Assist with the timely delivery of baggage to and from aircraft to support efficient flight turnaround.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or misrouted baggage to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with the handling of special baggage, including oversized, fragile, and other designated items.
• Ensure baggage tags and other relevant information are properly checked during sorting and transfer.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO.
• Previous experience in baggage handling, airport operations, logistics, warehousing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in an airline, airport, or ground handling environment is desirable.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of airport safety and security procedures is an advantage.
  

Location: Abuja, Enugu, Kano, or Lagos.
