Manager

Responsibilities:

• Accurately records and manages all stock movement in and out of the store via IC processes Omnichannel in a timely manner
• Works as one with the line manager to ensure adequate consumables are provided to create an effective environment, highlighting issues to the line manager where required
• Responsible for Inventory accuracy within the Store environment, executing cycle counts and controlling adjustments in line with the line manager and store team
• Ownership of all stockroom health and safety topics, checks, and compliance with all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment
• Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to the line manager and store management to drive commercial success
• Provides strong leadership skills to guide and train their own team on Stockroom Operations, managing performance via the Company Performance system with the support of Manager line manager where required
• Collaborates productively and respectfully with all team members, acting as one Store Team to meet or exceed store goals
• Ensure adequate inventory levels are consistently maintained within the store at all times, both on the sales floor (Front of House) and in the stockroom (Back of House).
• Makes himself/herself available to support other team members when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum  BSC
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
