Responsibilities:
- Develop high-availability backend systems to
support Losode services and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems
using PHP Laravel framework.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for
front-end and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with front-end developers for
seamless UI/UX integration.
- Optimize database queries and system performance
for responsiveness.
- Implement secure authentication and
authorization mechanisms.
- Write automated tests and participate in code
reviews for quality assurance.
- Work with product managers to translate
requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay updated on backend development trends and
Laravel best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical
guidance.
- Collaborate with DevOps for deployment,
monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience with PHP, Laravel, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and application design.
- Knowledge of SQL database design and querying.
- Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience with unit testing and version control systems (Git).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
