Job Summary
Aiki Services is looking for an energetic B2C Marketing & Customer Experience Executive to lead the growth of our on-demand home and office repair platform. You’ll be responsible for customer acquisition, brand reputation, and ensuring every client enjoys a world-class service experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute field marketing campaigns to acquire customers in target communities.
- Build local partnerships with property managers, vendors, and community groups.
- Run digital campaigns (social media, SEO, and content marketing) to drive leads.
- Relaunch and manage the Aiki Services platform (web app, WhatsApp bot, etc.).
- Oversee the customer journey from booking to feedback and ensure service quality.
- Collaborate with operations to manage technician deployment and pricing models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or operations
- Experience preferably in service-based or field roles (e.g., logistics, telecom, home services).
- Strong interpersonal and community engagement skills.
- Experience using digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
