Job summary
We are seeking to hire a B2B Sales Executive – Bulk Textiles (Corporate & Government Contractors) to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with large corporate and government contractors across target sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, contract closing, and post-sale account management.
- Build and maintain strong C-level and procurement relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activity.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–7 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated success selling in bulk volumes to corporates and/or government institutions is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, especially in regulated or institutional environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to open doors and close complex, high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Revenue generated from new and existing accounts.
- Number of new corporate and government contracts secured per quarter.
- Average deal size and win rate.
- Customer retention and repeat business growth.
