Job Description/Requirements
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of Automation/Control Systems, Detailed Engineering Design, Testing & Commssioning.
Responsibilities
- Control systems design, drawings development (control cabinet general arrangement, IO wiring/loop drawings, power distribution) and bill of materials
- PLC, PAC, DCS, SCADA/HMI, RMS hardware & software applications development, configuration and factory acceptance testing with customers
- industrial communication configuration, like Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, Devicenet, Wireless etc
- Onsite installation supervision, system integration & testing of control systems including loop checks, IO data mapping and signing off test check sheets
- Apply global standards/codes in all designs e.g IEC, ISA, IEEE, BS and other relevant standards e.g IEC 61131, IEC 61511, ISA5.1-5.4 and other relevant standards.
Qualifications
- Preferably B.Eng/B.Sc/(HND+PGD) Electrical/Electronics/Computer/ Mechatronics
- 5-6 yrs Exp
Knowledge Areas/Skills
- Solid experience in PLC/SCADA systems with multi OEM experience covering Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, etc
- Proficient with networking, communications and fieldbuses.
- Familiar with AI Prompt Engineering
- Proficiency in IEC 61131 languages.
- Familiar in design/drafting tools AutoCAD.
- Experience and skill in troubleshooting control system issues.
