Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical stock counts daily in alignment with company policy.
- Verify physical and bin card stock levels against recorded inventory figures.
- Identify any differences or inconsistencies between physical stock and system data.
- Investigate the root causes of discrepancies (e.g., theft, error, or system issues).
- Collaborate with relevant teams (e.g., warehouse, inventory, finance) to address stock issues effectively.
- To conduct Adhoc assignment as specified by the HOD.
- To conduct internal checks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a degree in any related field
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Communication skills
