Responsibilities:
- Prepare, type, and maintain loan agreements and other related credit documentation
- Ensure customer records and loan documentation are accurate, complete, and properly filed
- Support the company’s Auditor in creating, updating, and maintaining customer profiles and records within the CRM system
- Verify customer documentation and ensure compliance with internal documentation requirements
- Monitor loan repayment schedules and maintain accurate repayment records
- Track overdue accounts and escalate delinquent cases to the appropriate unit for recovery action
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth loan documentation and recovery processes
- Maintain proper filing, storage, retrieval, and archiving of company documents
- Generate reports and provide administrative support as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Minimum ND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in auditing, loan documentation, administration, or a similar role within a bank, microfinance bank, finance company, loan company, fintech, or other financial institution
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience using CRM systems will be an added advantage
Remuneration: NGN150,000
