Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, or mediation
- Draft, review, and interpret contracts and legal documents
- Provide legal opinions and strategic advice to clients or management
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law
- Prepare and file legal pleadings and motions
- Negotiate settlements and agreements
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B); BL required
- Call to Bar and license to practice
- Minimum of 3 years post-call experience (or specify)
- Strong legal drafting and research skills

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
