We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Atelier Co-Ordinator (Tailor Supervisor) to support our fashion production team. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for fashion and creativity. You will work closely with the creative, design, and tailoring teams to ensure the smooth execution

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily production schedules and timelines
- Source and organise fabrics, trims, materials, and production tools
- Coordinate sample and production tracking with tailors and factories
- Conduct quality control checks on garments and accessories
- Support fittings, shoots, and fashion show preparations
- Maintain an organised workspace, inventory, and filing system for samples and patterns
- Run errands as needed (deliveries, pick-ups, courier management)
- Assist in documenting all production processes and updates
- Liaise with logistics and vendors for timely procurement
- Track orders and update the team on delivery timelines
- Support the Creative and Brand team during photoshoots and campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a similar role (fashion industry experience preferred)
- A candidate may also be new to fashion, but must be very organised
- Strong interest in fashion, apparel, or production work
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and tailoring is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Drive, or similar tools
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed
- Must live aroundthe Lekki/Ajah axis
