We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Associate Manager to join our Real Estate & Private Equity team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting investment decisions, managing assets, and driving portfolio performance. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supporting investment decisions
- Managing assets, and driving portfolio performance.
- Ensure the firm’s strategic objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ relevant experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, IRR, NPV, cap rates, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage projects, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and investors.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
